Intergenerational wealth transfer by 2045
Of UHNW families have a unanimously shared vision and mission (Julius Baer Family Barometer 2025)
Of wealthy families have no family office — yet carry full stewardship responsibility (Julius Baer, 2025)
UHNW families globally, growing +8% per year
Family offices. Trust lawyers. Wealth managers. The infrastructure of inherited capital was designed to preserve assets, not to support the humans responsible for them.
The Julius Baer Family Barometer 2025 surveyed nearly 2,500 wealth professionals across four continents. Their finding is unambiguous : succession planning, family governance, and building shared legacy rank as the top three family priorities globally. Yet only 28.6% of UHNW families report having a vision their members actually agree on.
The IMD / FBN Global Family Office Report, drawing on 186 family office principals across six continents, identifies governance formalization as the single most anticipated transformation in the industry. Family offices increasingly bring education, psychological support, and cohesion in-house. But the cognitive infrastructure to make those conversations coherent does not exist as a product.
The noise at the point of governance is where most wealth decisions go wrong. Not for lack of advisors. For lack of clarity within the individuals making them.
CURANS is the first platform designed to address this at the source.
We're not competing with wealth managers or family offices. We are building the layer beneath them, the cognitive infrastructure they cannot provide.
The largest intergenerational wealth transfer in history begins now. The tools doesn't exist yet. The window to establish the standard is open.
Access through trusted networks in family governance globally.
Swiss jurisdiction. Zero-knowledge design. Built on Prof. Benoît Macq's Precision Systems Theory with UCLouvain partnership.
€1M invested in Belgium → €1M Wallonia/EU subsidy match. €2M raise delivers €3M effective runway.
The benchmark for what sustainable growth actually looks like may not come from financial models. It may come from physics. The universe itself demonstrated a viable growth ratio at its origin. Everything above that ratio, without regeneration, is extraction. We are building the infrastructure that helps stewards stay on the right side of that line. → The 10⁻⁹ Hypothesis
The largest intergenerational wealth transfer in history is underway. The G2 generation now controlling 44% of family office ownership and voting rights globally (FBN, 2025) is the first to carry both the weight of transformation and the expectation of alignment with values. The infrastructure to support them does not yet exist. The window to establish the standard is open.
Swiss jurisdiction. Zero-knowledge architecture. No training on private data. Built in collaboration with UCLouvain on Prof. Benoît Macq's Precision Systems Theory. As European AML directives extend regulatory access to family office data for the first time, sovereign data infrastructure shifts from a feature to a strategic necessity.
Access through trusted networks in family governance globally. Family offices are closed ecosystems — entry requires trust, not advertising. CURANS is designed to propagate through the networks that already govern the space : FBN-affiliated families, private banking relationships, and governance advisors.
Securing families’ legacies in a fast transforming world.
LLMs can theoretically perform the majority of tasks in every domain a steward navigates. The observed reality is a fraction of that potential.
The gap isn't technical.
It's structural.
CURANS addresses the structure.
THE DIAGNOSISSix-layer sovereign AI system developed through formal collaboration with UCLouvain's Institute of Information and Communication Technologies. Three proprietary protocols — Semantic Transmutation, Fractal Mirror, Adaptive Resonance — operationalize NVC semantic grammar, graph theory for family relational topology, and real-time cognitive load calibration. Zero-knowledge cryptographic architecture enforces epistemic restraint structurally: the system cannot prescribe, only reflect. Swiss Tier-IV hosting removes US CLOUD Act exposure. Hyperledger Fabric governance ledger provides immutable audit trail. Not replicable without multi-year formal research collaboration and Swiss jurisdiction positioning.
Structured for alignment, not dilution. We are seeking strategic investors who use the product and open the doors it requires.
A strategic partner whose portfolio or advisory relationships directly intersect with family governance. The value here is not capital alone — it is the credibility of institutional backing within a market built on trust.
Five families at €200k each. First users, first validators, first ambassadors within their networks. These are not passive investors — they are the initial proof that the product works in real governance environments. Their participation is the signal the market will read.
Effective runway for 1 year of operations. €1M IT Belgium (+ €1M subsidy match) · €500k Swiss operations · €500k team & network activation.
Product milestone: Structured pilot with anchor families by Q4 2026. Formal network launch targeting the Davos ecosystem, January 2027, a moment and network already in motion around the governance of capital and transition.
The second generation of post-war wealth is at peak transfer age. G2 controls the majority of family office assets today. G3 is arriving without the institutional memory G2 inherited. The FBN Global Family Office Report documents that family offices now serve an average of three generations simultaneously — a complexity level for which no cognitive infrastructure exists.
The EU's 6th Anti-Money Laundering Directive, adopted May 2024, grants journalists and NGOs unrestricted access to beneficial ownership data. The US Corporate Transparency Act, Singapore's tightened SFO inspections : the era of structural privacy for family wealth is contracting globally. Sovereign, zero-knowledge architecture is transitioning from a premium feature to a compliance-adjacent necessity.
The Julius Baer Barometer documents a clear disconnect : families declare purpose-driven priorities, then invest in traditional asset classes. The IMD/FBN report names this explicitly as the "intent-action gap." CURANS addresses the cognitive layer where this gap originates — not at the portfolio level, but at the level of the individuals making governance decisions.
Securing families’ legacies in a fast transforming world.
Research and development partnerships with OpenHub and UCLouvain. A growing network of AI contributors aligned with stewardship, long-term value creation, and responsible systems design. High-level AI expertise mobilized through meaning and intellectual challenge rather than capital-intensive hiring.
High-level AI expertise mobilized without capital-intensive hiring structures. Collaboration remains values-aligned by design.
CURANS OS prototype in active development. Core AI architecture defined and validated across governance conversation models and reflective dialogue environments. Multiple use cases tested across stewardship decision contexts.
Concept validated through prototype logic and real conversational scenarios. Clear pathway from architecture to pilot environments.
CURANS begins with a structured dataset accumulated over more than a decade : books, governance frameworks, psychological models, relational patterns, and decision-making observations, totaling thousands of structured entries. This corpus functions as a semantic map of identity, responsibility, and human systems. It is the alignment layer for CURANS AI, eliminating the cold-start problem most AI products face.
Founder-market fit rooted in lived exposure to the problem space and long-term involvement in stewardship environments.
Direct exposure to family office environments, intergenerational governance dynamics, and stewardship challenges. Cross-disciplinary background across technology, relational infrastructure, and human development. The problem space is not hypothetical, it's lived.
Curans begins with an existing structured corpus rather than a cold start, accelerating model alignment and prototype intelligence.
We share the deck with investors whose interests and networks align with where CURANS is going. This isn't a funnel, it's the beginning of a conversation, consistent with how every significant relationship in this space actually forms.

The operating system for stewardship. Supporting clarity, coherence, and coordination across complex governance and long-term decision contexts.
